As you may have gathered I'm all about awareness. It is through our sense of awareness that we create change.....Awareness of habits - be they emotional, physical or mental, awareness of the sensations we feel, awareness of our beliefs....the list really goes on & on.

This collection was created with the idea in mind to foster a personal practice around mindfulness - developing our sense of awareness. Supporting this way of being - to then become more familiar - to then be embodied in other facets of life.

Helping to create change.

As with all C.C things, this set was created purposefully with intention & self empowerment in mind; but to be easily integrated into you daily living - cause lets be honest - easy is good! And pleasant is EVEN BETTER.

AND - Life is our Spiritual Practice remember?

As you will see, there is a small Hematite & Flower of Life Charm on the side. This is where the energy of anchoring into the body, clarity & a realigning of energies comes in - along side knowledge of the interconnected nature of all things (in the flower of life)

Hematite has a grounding, stable energetic nature. It comes with the ability to give a sense of clarity around problems of all kinds. It is perfect for identifying what needs realignment ~ such as limiting beliefs that no longer serve, THEN the creation of new solid routines or the building of foundations. This then brings forward a sense of clarity, strength & empowerment. PERFECT for the creation of new habits.

In this way - You will see how Hematite aligns nicely not only with the creation of this new practice of Presence & Pause - But also in the awareness this practice brings - facilitating change in the formation of new ways of being.

In order to create change - We must first have a sense of awareness around the need for something to change & that in fact there is capacity to/for change. This requires us to move out of unconscious patterning, habitual ways of being, reactive ways of being - to move into having a greater sense of awareness. The practice you create with your cup - In whichever manner it comes into manifest - Is essentially fostering this way of being & connection with yourself through a practice. In the present moment, with awareness. This is literally a spiritual practice my friend. Connecting into your own energy. Gaining insight. By becoming familiar with this away of being, it is not only fostering better mental health & well being by carving out much needed time for yourself - but it is also further developing your sense of presence & awareness. Which is the foundation for all things. This is your connection to yourself - your intuition. This is a solidifying of, or creation of, the foundation of meeting each moment with presence. Conscious awareness. The raising of our consciousness. The creation of a way of being that serves us. A slowing down into being, rather than doing. That comes from a place of awareness & connection. Rather than being reactive or habitual in nature. This foundational way of being allows us to step into creative mode. Stepping out of reactivity/survival mode. Moving into creative mode, thriving. Meaning the active creation within the making of new choices, perhaps the capacity to begin to see new perspectives, learning, growing, healing. Cool right!?
