Whether you're seeking quick restoration when life feels overwhelming, foundational healing work, or deep surrender and integration - I work intuitively to ensure your session is uniquely aligned with your personal needs and what wants to emerge through our time together.

Restore Session
Foundational restoration experience
A 60 minute Deep restorative session with 45min Massage.

This session is all about you carving out some time for yourself. It may seem short but is highly effective. Giving time for deep tissue work & tension relief where needed - as well as decent time for relaxation & sinking into the sacred wisdom of your body.
We will start with connecting on what you would like to get out of your session. Then move into a deep restorative and relaxation session including:
Intention setting for the session - Opening
Settling into the session - relaxation, connection to breath
Deep tissue work relieve tension if needed
Pressure points and intuitive movement for continued and deeper relaxation
The use of heat packs where suitable

Revive - For when life feels overwhelming & time is limited. This is also a great introduction to bodywork & getting a "feel" for working with me.
45min session - 30min Massage

This session is creating space for yourself when it feels like there is none!
I have specifically created this short session for those of us who are short on time - but still want to make time for this important facet of self care.
We will start with connecting on what you would like to get out of the session to clarify how to best make use of the time available. Then move into specifically targeted bodywork to get the most out of this short session WHILE still honouring the sacred nature of this work.
It will include:
Intention setting for the session
Settling into the session - relaxation, connection to breath
Deep tissue work relieve tension - as needed.
Pressure points and intuitive movement for continued and deeper relaxation
The use of heat packs where suitable

Relax Session
For when you need complete surrender.
Deep integration or sacred rest as you move through cycles of growth, release, or renewal.

This is a deep exhale for your body, mind & wairua/spirit. A sacred space to fully let go, sink into the wisdom of your body, and allow yourself to be held in deep trust & peace.
As always, your session will start with connecting through conversation/kÅrero to define what you would like to get out of this time you have created for yourself. We will then move into relieving all those aches and pains, as well as having plenty of time for deep relaxation. Within this time, your session can be a full body massage OR tailored to your specific needs, focusing on certain areas of the body within the time available.

This session honours your need for complete surrender and sacred rest. Allowing you to sink into the wisdom of your body and let it guide the healing process. It is also an opportunity to sink deeper into your sacred work and gain insight.

A 50 minute Chakra reading & realignment using crystals &/or tuning forks

A deepening of insight into our Sacred Nature & energetic system.
This profound session allows you to gain insight into the workings of your energetic systems through the reading of your seven main chakra centers.
This sacred diagnosis provides clarity on what areas of life may be calling for your attention in healing and growth, creating a portal for safe conversation and the integration of insights received.
Your session begins with intentional connection and moves into the reading of your energy centers using a sacred stone that was gifted to me. Insights will be shared with care, and any questions can be explored together.
Following the reading, there will be placement of crystals on each chakra or the use of tuning forks to realign your energy centers as needed. You'll then have time to sink into the deep peace of this harmonious, balanced energy.

50 minutes of sacred energetic work
Additional Sacred Support: I also offer Crystal Alignment & Binding based on insights from your chakra reading - creating a personalized crystal ally for you to consciously connect and work with as you continue your journey.
This session can be experienced as standalone sacred work or beautifully paired with massage for deeper integration.

Chakra Reading & Crystal Alignment
60 minute Chakra reading, Crystal Alignment & Binding.
Starting at $148
This is a gentle session created with high vibrational energy and a safe space to be open and connect.
We will start with setting an intention and go from there.
I will read the energy centres in your body and see what areas may then need attention/realignment. Share insights and present questions to gain further insight.
With this information and any insights that present themselves I will align a stone.
This may be during the session or sometimes after the fact. It is important not to rush this process & let the insights come as they are meant to.
There will also be a Chakra Rebalancing after this - using crystals or Tuning Forks, to solidify your insights and a sense of harmony.
We will end the session with intentional word also.
From there I will keep in contact for further discussion on insights and any questions that may arise. As well as begin the process to source, bind, cleanse/bless your stone.
We will also touch on practices that support getting the most benefit from your Conscious Crystal.
You will receive a fully detailed alignment sheet with all relevant information about your stone and your chakra's.
In relation to the pricing: The cost above is for a standard stone size/quality. If you would like something of a larger size or perhaps more AA quality - the price will increase relatively so. Happy to discuss this on connection.

Workplace Wellness Massages
20min Massage in a 30min Block of time

These sessions are focused on the health & wellbeing of staff. Life is busy for us all. Working full time can cut into our capacity to carve out this valuable time for the medium of self care. These Workplace Wellness sessions come to you, during your work week.
These are an act of Goodwill by management that facilitate staff having a massage session on the work premises.
This session can be done in work time, in staffs break time or on premise directly after work.
These sessions can also be paid for by the business as an act of good will or by the staff member.
I am flexible on how this comes to be - Happy to work with you to develop a plan that works for you & your staff members.
They are a 20min session. Focusing usually on neck & shoulders, but can differ depending on the needs of staff.
Facilitating these sessions creates a further sense of value for staff, is an expression of gratitude, as well as benefiting staff members mentally/physically & emotionally.
