Releasing attachment to "outcomes" & sinking into embodiment.

Embodiment IS the journey.

Huh? What do you even mean Millisa lol

Well.....First Kia ora my friend, thank you for taking the time to read once again x

For this one we are going to waaaaaay back. Really to the meaning of it all.

Life.

What are we really here for?

What do you believe? It pays to sit with these big questions, really leaning into them & being curious. Even doing some writing about it. Feeling into it. Clarifying it for yourself fully.

I know for a fact we are not here to work & buy houses lol

As I have travelled my journey of life I have come to know deeply within my being that we are here to evolve as human beings.

That we are forever on a developmental journey through our experiential journey of life.

Often we think of this in young children & adolescent's. Seeing their development. Then well after that - in my experience the development idea all kinda went out the window.

The focus then shifted to - What do I need to acquire & this was outside of myself.

Not inside.

Now don't get me wrong there's plenty of people out there in their 20's/30's not of that mind & MAN I clap for you all my friends!

But well for me it has taken me a good 40yrs to figure this out lol

I have come to know deeply - aforementioned, that we are here to evolve.

In this way there is MUCH expansion & learning always available to us!

However there needs to be a shift from our direction of energy outside of ourselves to inwards.

It may sound a little strange but if you know anything of the Law of Attraction - You will understand it to a degree - That which we embody, we attract.

That we are the creators of our reality.

And well; in relation to feeling good throughout your days &  fulfilment - its not about how much you can acquire outside of yourself.

For this we look to the roots of this word: Fulfilment: Coming from the word "implere" carrying a similar sense of meaning as completion. The prefix "im" speaks to  a sense of inwardness or filling within, which aligns with our modern understanding of fulfilment as the internal satisfaction or feeling of completion in life or purpose.

If we dive deeper into the essence of this & of course the common lessons in life - that outward accumulation does not fill one on the inside ~ Fulfilment  can then settle within our knowing as its true meaning of: Recognising our true potential or self actualisation AND perhaps the purpose of our life's journey.

Then of course - We reverse engineer it! How might I feel this on the inside?

By recognising my innate human potential.

My HIGHEST GOOD.

Being open to life & where we notice limiting beliefs that do not align with our highest good & doing our mahi ora, our life's work.

Our inner work. Recalibrating ourselves on the inside ~ Which will then be reflected in our lives outside of ourselves.

Then embodying our insights on the daily & the interesting little  insight on top ~ Without attachment to any outcomes.

How does it all fit though?

Well, humbly in my learnings thus far - Coming from the understanding we are here to evolve. He whakaaro "School of life"  (some know it as transmuting life lessons or Dharma, recognising our innate potential, then sharing it for the greater good)

That all our work is on the inside.

That, that which we embody creates our reality.

It governs our perception & how we meet our moments.

This is our work. This is what I call mahi ora - our life work & to me - is what my main focus is - then knowing & trusting that as I commit to & work at this - the rest will align.

Throughout this way of being - continuing to be open to what life presents to me - ESPECIALLY where I notice resistance (in any form)

This inner sense of resistance is my guide showing me where my work remains/is.

What about attachment though?

Well in understanding that all we really have control over is how we meet the moment unfolding before us - There comes a letting go to what happens outside of us.

Now this is not in anyway giving up but more so a releasing of attachment to the outcome, trying to control, assumptions, expectations AND essentially our limiting beliefs.

We can channel our energy towards a north star/goal etc but with the under current of knowing that it is not the "goal" that is most important - it is who you become in the process as you grow on your journey towards it.

Evolution is the ultimate goal.

Aligning with "Its all about the journey - not the destination"

Living

I have come to know this feeling as being truely alive.

I said to a friend one day last year - gosh it feels like I am learning to live! Life feels so expansive, beautiful & amazing.

Like E V E R Y D A Y.  I am not even kidding. The immense gratitude, awe & inspiration I feel on the regular is unmatched in my life prior to this part of my journey & learning.

In this way - I KNOW, this is the right path.

This is recognition of my highest good or highest potential. (or on the road to it at the least)

In the shift or redirection of my energy inwards rather than focusing it outwards for any change WHILST knowing my evolution or continual development as a human being is the "goal" ~ Well in short, my life has transformed.

I have literally created my "dream job" which has given me untold opportunities & that aligns with the way that I want to live my life.

As well as this - I have revolutionised my relationship with my hubby & sons.

Yes it has taken work & of course there has been physical commitment & action.

But it has all been governed by my inner world.

My intuition.

Through a return to my Sacred Nature, innate knowing, wisdom & potential.

Now when I do something I HAVE NO ATTACHMENT TO THE OUTCOME - As I know & trust that it will unfold as it is meant to, more often than not, with some learning involved.

This also allows life to surprise me & be even better than I could imagine!  As I am not then limited by what my mind can think up (usually from past experience or whatever is in my realm of awareness)

I stay humbly grounded in my life's work.

With commitment, awareness, an open heart & an open mind.

I hope this gives you some inspiration & insight.

With love,

Millisa xo
