I acknowledge the ever changing nature of life.
The one true constant in life ~ Is that it is always changing. As we ground into this knowing - we are called to move with life.
I feels as though many of us can relate to a feeling of fighting against life or perhaps non acceptance of what is, at one stage or another......This, as you know is draining. It is also a fair call. It is a natural "reaction" buuuuut ultimately it doesn't serve.
It drains our energy.
To move with life is to consciously choose to be open & learn (in the beginning) at times when you may feel the resistance. Ultimately it is the unfolding of something different than "how you think it should be" - As we all know, well, this is life! It throws us curve balls all the time!
The most interesting thing is - It's the reason we are here. To learn - how else may we learn if we do not have different experiences? The contrast. We cannot expect everything to go as we wish or plan - to fit into our "perceptual mould" of how we think life & others "should be". We are actually boxing ourselves in when we do this - limiting ourselves.
To move with life is to surrender to what is. It is truly beautiful (I understand this may be hard to understand given some circumstances & potentially where you may be on your journey with this one) once you begin to be comfortable with this facet of our life's learning journey.
Now, I ALSO understand how surrender can feel like a slippery slope of sorts! Especially when you are not used to it. It may have thought form associations like - a sense of giving up, perhaps even weakness or loosing (the illusion of) control....?
Strangely the reality is; that it takes great strength to move with life & what is presented to you at times. Not it a way that we usually may perceive strength to be. It's one of those paradoxes my friend.
The act of surrender is an acceptance of what is - remembering here this does not mean certain things are ok - but within the surrender & moving WITH life - we are open to what life is being presented to us, to learn.
This is part of our journey & perhaps what its all about!
EVOLUTION.
It is an opening. An expansion.
It is moving with the ever changing nature of life.....
I settle into fluidity & flow.
I move with life.
I surrender to the lessons being presented to me.
I am grateful for life, its teachings & opportunities to continue to evolve.
