Opportunities they're actually everywhere!
It's my new word. It's not like I haven't used this word before, it's more like - I am focusing on the the energy of this word & using it more often. I choose to see opportunities - where before there perceived blockages or perhaps just something I don't like haha
These perceived blockages or more so any resistance or things that you feel cannot change...are calling you to make different choices & perhaps shift your perspective.
They are an opportunity. It doesn't seem like it - in fact it feels the exact opposite - Limited. That's because your thinking of it in the same old way you always have. I urge you to play with the idea that there many new ways of thinking, being, doing, feeling available to you. Life is not set in stone - "Things" can always change. Look for the opportunity is the perceived blockage.
You guys may know one of my favourite sayings "Life will present you with situations to show you where you are not free" It does, but you can be. All it requires is a shift in perception. We all know Nelson Mandela & how he moved through this - There are MANY examples of people moving through resistance (in whichever form, often far greater than what we experience) to create an opportunity for growth & expansion. Often just beginning in the mind.
What is life calling me to do differently? What different choices can I make? What is the opportunity to learn or do something differently here? Take radical responsibility for how you meet your moments & some time for compassionate inquiry my friend xx
In these situations, essentially life is calling us to level up. It requires something different of us.
A new approach.
This is healing, learning, growing.
We cannot move through a perceived blockage with the same mind that created it. And hey, I get it. Perhaps you feel it wasn't you that created it - I get this, perhaps it wasn't. None the less, it is in your realm & it is requiring something different of you to move through it. Making the shifts needed to move through this situation in a way that serves you is radical responsibility. This is actually your point of power my friend.
You are powerful.
As we crack open the door to this new way of being - We allow the light to shine in. This is the light of our awareness. The knowing. It is the meeting of these moments with awareness that transforms them. Shifting from an old habitual pattern to the creation of new ways of being.
Opportunities to heal, learn, grow.
I choose to see an opportunity. What is life calling me to learn right now? What is the lesson? Where is life calling me to expand? ~ Heal, learn, grow...
Through bringing into our awareness & understanding the power of the mind; Knowing that what we think often governs our actions & emotions........The word opportunity (& energy of it) helps to carve a path out for us.
I have prioritised this word in my vocabulary. True story. The kids are learning all about it through my words & way of being too. (fist pump, yussss winning!)
Opportunity is an expansive word. Calling us to learn. Calling us to look at things differently. Opening up our minds to new ideas, beliefs, words, thoughts, ways of approaching things....etc
Conversely in this knowing, where limited perspectives arise - this also calls us to inquire...? What lies beneath this limiting belief of self or situation? Haha still an opportunity my friend, always an opportunity xx
Underneath all of this is your empowerment.
YOU CAN.
It may not look/feel the way you think it will/should in fact, if it doesn't that is probably good - as you are then within the creation of something new!
It may feel scary, it will definitely feel uncomfortable, it will likely bring up all sorts of feelings actually, as you embark on this new journey - cause that's what it is. It is new. This blockage is calling you to create/be/do/feel/express/choose something new.
Remember the saying "Insanity is expecting a different result, doing the same thing" or something like that. There is a truth there though, aye xx
Life is here to teach us - To call us to evolve by what is placed before us.
What is the opportunity that lies before you? Where is it calling you to expand.
What would a choice aligned with my highest good look like? What would she do?
